Pour vous mesurer
Portez un soutien-gorge fin et non doublé. Si vous le pouvez, demandez à quelqu'un d'autre de vous mesurer. Si vous vous mesurez, placez-vous devant un miroir et adoptez une posture parfaite pour vous assurer que le ruban à mesurer est parallèle au sol.
Guide pour l'ajustement
Chaque haut doit être bien ajusté : le porter trop ample ne vous fournira pas le soutien dont vous avez besoin.
Le maintien vient principalement de la bande située sous votre poitrine, il est donc important qu'elle soit bien ajustée près de votre cage thoracique.
1 : La taille de la bande
Passez un ruban à mesurer autour de votre cage thoracique juste sous votre buste.
2 : Votre tour de poitrine
Placez le ruban à mesurer sous vos bras autour de la partie la plus complète de votre poitrine.
3 : Votre tour de taille
Passez un ruban à mesurer autour de la plus petite partie de votre ventre.
4 : La taille de votre tour de hanches
Placez le ruban à mesurer autour de vos os de la hanche.
6 : Votre tour de hanches
Placez le mètre ruban autour de la plus grande partie de vos hanches

My teacher used to say: "Take it easy, Honey… but work the hardest possible and you’ll get through this. Trust the process!"
This is the message I want to share with you. Wearing this collection, do your yoga, but take it easy! 

Combining my experience as a fashion designer and as a yoga teacher.
My true passion is to create a yoga wear collection that is elegant, allowing you to move freely in the postures and feel like your most magnificent self.
What I love while teaching a yoga class is the effort and elegance students put in every move, every posture. It is such a delicate and beautiful energy that comes from within: a blend of the body flexibility and lightness of the mind.

This was my inspiration to create Take It Easy Honey, a brand where women and men could feel sexy and comfortable wearing activewear that feels great on the skin and is kind to our planet.
Bringing my two universes together just seems to be the perfect balance to create a community who feels inspired, motivated, elegant and free inside and outside, bones to the skin, fingertips to the toes, all over, inside out.
